 Although Ford revealed their electric pick up truck almost a year ago, Chevrolet did what it took to outdo them in multiple categories. With a starting price of $39,999, the Chevrolet EV measures in at 780 pound-feet toque and 664 horsepower with 400 miles of driving range. Chevy Blazer EV and Equinox EV Arriving in 2023

Alongside the announcement of the Silverado EV, Chevrolet also announced a new Blazer EV and Equinox EV slated to launch for the 2023 calendar year. Chevrolet Silverado EV Production Timeframe Revealed

At a recent investor conference, General Motors Executive Vice President, Doug Parks, confirmed the production timeframe for the Silverado EV for the 2023 calendar year. Its debut is slated at the Consumer Electronics show early next year, with Mary Barra, General Motors CEO, as the keynote speaker. More Chevrolet EVs Coming

GM President, Mark Reuss revealed to investors that the Chevrolet Silverado EV will be followed by a Chevrolet Equinox EV, or equivalent, Blazer EV, and a smaller EV crossover.  The Equinox EV is projected to be priced around $30,000 and be powered by GMs proprietary Ultium technology. While Reuss didn’t reveal an exact availability date for these new vehicles, he did note that they will be among 30 electric models that GM plans to introduce by 2025.
