With General Motors’ goal to eliminate internal combustion engines by 2035, they’ll have to make more room in their EV family. Chevrolet already has the Bolt EV and EUV and they plan to add the Silverado to it. The Silverado EV will share its powertrain with the GMC Hummer EV pickup and will wear more traditional pickup garb. While there has been no announcement by Chevrolet regarding the powertrain information, we do know it will be offered in both fleet and consumer models. We anticipate it will also offer dual and triple motor setups as well as offer 400 miles of range. Stay tuned for more updates on this vehicle!
