A Fond Farewell to the Chevy Impala

All good things must come to an end, and today we bid farewell to the Chevy Impala. The Impala nameplate is being retired, and today the last Impala rolled off the assembly line at the Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Plant. The Impala first went into production in 1958, and the nameplate went on hiatus previously from 1985 and 1994, and from 1996 and 2000. This week J.D. Power released the results of their 2020 Vehicle Dependability Study, and we are pleased to report that three Chevrolet models came in on top of their respective segments.
