Reported last month that the 2022 Chevrolet Equinox was getting Automatic Parking Assist, it has recently been revealed that the Equinox will also offer front and rear park assist too! This will help drivers avoid low-speed collisions while parking. It activates at speeds below five miles per hour and provides object location and distance-to-object alerts using four ultrasonic sensors located on the front and rear bumpers. This feature will be offered as part of the Driver Confidence III package and comes standard on the 2FL equipment group (breakout of the LT trim), RS and Premier trim levels.
