?The Phillips Chevrolet Family mourns the loss of a member of our team this week with the passing of retired Sales Specialist Norman “Happy” Bettenhausen. Happy joined our team in 1976 and over his 39-year career, sold more than 7,500 Chevrolets. He achieved Salesperson of the Year for 12 consecutive years and was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award from Chevrolet in 2013. Happy also served as Phillips Chevy’s community ambassador, appearing in over 130 local parades with his wife Dorothy.
