Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing had a VIP guest yesterday afternoon when Chicago Northside infielder Nico Hoerner visited, pictured above with Phillips Chevrolet General Manager Mike Maheras. Chevrolet has just released a new teaser video offering a hint at the engine sound of the upcoming Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, and we like what we hear! The video is titled “Unthinkable Speed is Coming”  in keeping with the expectation that this will be the most powerful Corvette ever, rumored the pair a turbocharged version of the 5.5-liter V8 found in the Z06 with the electric motor found in the Corvette E-Ray driving the front axle for extra power. The folks at Kelley Blue Book recently put the off-road ready Chevy Colorado ZR2 to the test in a head to head comparison against the Ford Ranger Raptor, and we are pleased to report that the Colorado came out on top in several key categories. Since it was first introduced in 2020, Torch Red has been the top-selling color of the 8^th generation Chevrolet Corvette but that may be changing. So far in 2024 with 15% of sales, Arctic White has taken the lead over the Torch Red which accounts for 14% of Vettes sold this year.
