When it arrives later this year, the 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 will feature the most powerful V8 ever produced by an automaker in America. But Chevy is ready to stop there – new spy photography shows a camouflaged model of what is suspected to be the widely rumored, range-topping Corvette Zora. Named after the legendary “father of the Corvette,” Zora Arkus-Duntov. The Corvette Zora is expected to feature the ZR1’s motor augmented by the Corvette E-Ray’s hybrid system to provide more than 1,200 hp and over 1,000 lb-ft of torque....

The C7 ZR1 was only produced for one year – 2019 – and less than 3,000 examples were built and sold. The base price of a 2019 ZR1 was $122,095 for a coupe or $129,095 for the convertible. Today, a 2019 ZR1 in excellent condition is expected to sell for between $187,000 and $224,000, showing a considerable increase in value over only 6 years......

Automotive industry analysts at S&P Global Mobility have just released the results of their annual owner loyalty study, and we are thrilled to report that the Chevrolet Equinox is their leader among Small Utility vehicles. To determine the vehicles with the greatest brand loyalty, S&P analyzed over 13.1 million new retail vehicle registrations in the U.S. during 2024 to determine how often shoppers buy a new car from the same manufacturer or brand as their previous car. General Motors also took home the Overall Loyalty to Manufacturer award this year........

Motortrend Magazine recently took a deep dive into the available engines in big SUVs, and their findings may surprise you. While most full size SUVs have switched to turbocharged V6 engines, the Chevy Tahoe and Suburban continue going strong with the power of 8 cylinders.  The available 6.2L EcoTec3 V8 engine, providing 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque, allows both models to tow over 8,000 pounds (that’s an 8,400 pound max for the Tahoe and 8,200 pound max for the Suburban).
