The folks at Kelley Blue Book recently put the Chevy Equinox to the test in a head to head challenge against the Mitsubishi Outlander and we are pleased to report that the Equinox came out on top in several key areas! While both crossover SUVs have similar starting prices (the starting price of the Equinox is $455 lower), the Equinox retains its value better and will have a better trade-in value when you’re ready to update or upgrade. The Equinox also offers more affordable upper trim levels, with the highest priced trim level starting at only $4,400 over the lowest trim level, while the Mitsubishi’s top trim levels is a whopping $13,500 higher than their lowest. KBB is also a fan of the infotainment system in the Equinox with built-in Google apps as well as wireless CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, Lansing and Bradley has Illinois’ Largest Chevy Inventory, including the family-friendly Chevy Equinox.
