Power just released the results of their 2023 U.S. Sales Satisfaction Study, and we are pleased to report that Chevrolet leads all other manufacturers in the Mass Market Car segment in customer satisfaction with their dealership experience. This study uses survey responses provided by 37,234 actual car buyers to assess their car buying experience in areas like vehicle availability, product presentation, price negotiation, finance and insurance process, and final delivery. Chevrolet also ranked third overall among 18 automakers in Sales Satisfaction across all mass market segments.
