Every summer, Phillips Chevrolet offers a paid internship program for college students and other young adults who want to begin a career in sales, marketing, and the automotive industry. Over the course of a few months, our interns will gain product knowledge and useful skills in building customer relationships, overcoming objections to thrive in a sales environment, and working as part of a sales team.
