J.D. Power just released the results of their 2023 U.S. Seat Quality and Satisfaction Study, and we are pleased to report that three Chevrolet models came out on top within their segments. This study compiled responses from 93,380 people who bought or leased a new 2023 model-year vehicle after 90 days of ownership to determine their satisfaction with the seats in their new vehicles. Segment leaders are the vehicles with the fewest reported seat problems within that period. In the Mass Market Midsize/Large Car segment, the Chevy Malibu had the fewest reported problems. The Chevy Equinox leads the Small/Compact SUV segment, and had the least reported problems of ALL Mass Market (non-luxury) models listed in the study. And the Chevrolet Blazer came out on top of the Mass Market Midsize/Large SUV segment. Whatever size vehicle you need, Chevrolet offers one with great seats!
