Phillips Chevrolet was visited by Gregg London, JD Power of Excellence Ambassador, who presented us with the J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence Award for the fourth year in a row, earning us “Platinum” status. The Platinum status is awarded to dealerships that have earned the Dealer of Excellence for four consecutive years, and Phillips Chevrolet is the first and only Chevrolet dealership in Illinois to achieve this. This award recognizes select dealerships throughout the United States for exceptional customer service. Our dealership earned this distinction by ranking among Chevrolet’s top performers in key customer satisfaction areas, listing vehicle inventory and pricing on the dealership website, negotiating in an efficient and transparent manner, offering a fair trade-in value, and presenting a clear and easy-to-understand menu of finance and insurance products.
