Earlier this week GM Authority spotted what looks to be a mysterious prototype for a new crossover model. It was first sighted last fall under the assumption of it being the next-generation Chevy Equinox, but now we know the Equinox is being transformed into a battery-electric vehicle. We speculate that this crossover could join the current Trailblazer and Equinox in Chevy’s crossover portfolio. Another possibility for this vehicle is that it’s being developed for another market that Chevrolet operates in and won’t be sold in North America. From the looks of it, we’re unsure of what we’ll find under the hood, especially considering not knowing which continent it will be released in, but we will keep investigating and reporting until we find an answer!
