Announced late last year, the 2022 Silverado ZR2 is noted as the most off-road-capable Silverado model ever to be created. Slated for February and March production, this truck is anticipated to hit dealerships by Spring of 2022. While a lot of specifications were noted during its announcement, such as its 6.2L L87 V8 engine, 420 horsepower production, and 460 pound-feet of torque capability, prospective consumers were wondering what wheels this truck would sport. Recently learned, the standard wheel will be an 18-inch aluminum machined face wheel with black painted spokes and an oxide gold painted outer ring. Those who don’t fancy the gold accent ring have no need to fret. Chevrolet is giving truck buyers the option to choose an 18-inch gloss black wheel instead. Both wheels will be exclusive to the ZR2 trim and will be wrapped in 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler Territory tires.
