The J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Seat Quality and Satisfaction Study was released last week, highlighting vehicles whose synthetic seat quality stacked against other makes and models. Having synthetic leather is on par with genuine leather yet offers benefits of optimal cleanability while reducing costs for both car manufacturers and consumes. Seat quality is measured by the number of problems experienced per 100 vehicles during the first 90 days of ownership, with a lower score reflecting higher quality. The Chevrolet Blazer scored a 6.1, making it the leader of the Mass Market Midsize/Large SUV segment. Within its category, other vehicles scored highs of 6.4 and 7.1 indicating more issues with their seating. Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort, Lansing and Bradley has Illinois’ Largest Chevy Inventory, including a great selection of Blazers.
