J.D Power recently released the results of the 2021 U.S. Multimedia Quality and Satisfaction Study and we are pleased to announce that the Chevrolet Corvette and Camaro place Top 3 in their segments. Responses were collected from 110,827 purchasers and lessees of the 2021 model-year vehicles who were surveyed after 90 days of ownership. Three aspects of technology were looked at- Multimedia System Suppliers, Navigation Suppliers, and Speaker Suppliers. In regard to the Overall Multimedia Customer Quality and Satisfaction Index, the Corvette tied for first in the Midsize/Large Premium category scoring 924/1,000-point scale. Specifically focusing on the Navigation Suppliers, the Chevrolet Camaro took second in the Midsize/Large category, scoring 936/1,000-point scale.
