It’s a very “Happy” day here at Phillips Chevrolet because we got a visit from our Salesperson Emeritus Happy Bettenhausen! Happy has been sharing his cheerful outlook here at Phillips since 1976, and even though he retired a few years ago, Happy visits regularly to spread some smiles. Happy told us all about how he shares his special brand of “Happy-ness” at the Prairieview Lutheran Home in Danforth, IL where he enjoys gardening, scrapbooking, and leading daily exercise sessions. Over his career, Happy sold more than 7,500 Chevrolets and achieved Salesperson of the Year for 12 consecutive years. He also serves as Phillips Chevy’s community ambassador, having appeared in over 130 local parades. Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort, Lansing, and Bradley has Illinois’ Largest Chevy Inventory, and an extended Phillips family that we love to catch up with!
