The Chevy Silverado HD just got better with the introduction of the Multi-Flex tailgate for the 2022 model year. Introduced last year for the Chevy Silverado 1500, the Multi-Flex tailgate makes truck work a little easier with several different configurations that allow easier access to the bed and help keep loads in the bed, even when the tailgate is lowered. It can also be flipped under to serve as a step to climb into the bed or flipped up to serve as a raised work surface. The Multi-Flex Tailgate will be offered as an option on all 2022 Silverado HD models, in addition to the segment-exclusive Power Up/Down Tailgate option on LT, LTZ and High Country.
