Electricity provided a magical touch yesterday when Chevrolet (and Disney) revealed the 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV and redesigned Bolt EV in a special, 90-second trailer titled “Magic is Electric.” The commercial featured a series of friends and families showcasing the vehicles on a drive to Walt Disney World Resort with iconic characters like Tinker Bell, a Star Wars X-Wing Fighter and Dumbo. The new Bolt EUV is six inches longer and includes three more inches of rear legroom, allowing both a comfortable ride and more technology to fit on the interior. The Bolt EUV is also GM’s first EV to offer Super Cruise, the industry’s first true hands-free drive assistance system. Chevrolet will also cover standard installation for a Level 2 charging capability for eligible U.S. customers, helping even more people experience the ease of living electric.
