In continuation with the plan to deliver more electric vehicles to consumers, General Motors President Mark Reuss recently announced Chevrolet’s plan to introduce a Chevy Silverado electric pickup to its lineup. Along with the recently revealed GMC Hummer EV SUV, this vehicle will be built at the company’s Factory ZERO assembly plant in Detroit and Hamtramck, Michigan. The all-new electric pickup was designed from the ground up to combine the vehicle’s proven ability with the benefits of an EV. This new vehicle will also offer an impressive range of 400 miles on a full charge, allowing drivers to keep their adventures limited solely to their imaginations. No other details other than a late 2022 production start date were announced, but we can’t wait to see what happens with an electric Silverado!
