J.D. Power just released the results of their 2020 Initial Quality Study, and we are thrilled to report that the Chevy Sonic beat every other model, not just in its own segment, but across all segments. The Initial Quality Study examines problems experienced by owners of new 2020 model-year vehicles during the first 90 days of ownership. The Sonic’s position as the study’s leader means that Sonic owners reported fewer problems than owners of any other vehicle on the market today. The Chevrolet Malibu also earned first place in the midsize car segment, and the Trax, Equinox, Tahoe, Blazer, Colorado, and Silverado HD all ranked in the top three of their respective segments. This exemplary performance earned Chevrolet the third place overall of all 31 automakers studied. Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort, Lansing and Bradley has Illinois’ Largest Chevy Inventory, including a great selection of award winning vehicles.
