Today Phillips Chevrolet received a visit from Steve J. Bernas, President & CEO of the Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois, who officially presented us with the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics. The Torch Award is the most prestigious award granted by the BBB and represents high business standards and actions that promote an ethical marketplace. We here at Phillips Chevrolet have always taken a great deal of pride in providing a fair, transparent, quality car-buying and service experience, and thanks to that we’ve maintained an A+ rating with the BBB. For Phillips Chevrolet to be named for this award is the icing on the cake.
