J.D. Power has just released the results of their 2018 Multimedia Quality and Satisfaction Study and we are pleased to report that four Chevy models have landed among the top three in their segments. This study measures the experiences of vehicle owners regarding the quality, design and features of in-car audio, communication, entertainment and navigation systems. The Chevrolet Cruze came in second among Compact Vehicles, the Chevy Bolt EV also ranked second in Small Vehicles, the Corvette earned second place in Midsize Premium Vehicles, and the Chevy Silverado landed third among Large Vehicles. All of these Chevy vehicles offer a wide variety of functions on their center screens, powered by the MyLink infotainment system. They all also offer available in-vehicle wi-fi connections and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Beginning in 2019, Chevrolet models will begin offering a new Infotainment System that improves and expands MyLink’s capabilities.
