We’ve seen the all-new, redesigned light duty Chevrolet Silverado HD out testing in heavy camouflage for a few months now. And now this week, it was spotted in much lighter camo, giving us a better look at all aspects of the heavy duty truck’s exterior. We now have a much better idea of the headlight and turn signal configuration, as well as an air intake on the hood. We can also see that in addition to the bumper steps that have made bed access easier on the current generation of Silverados, this one also features a side step ahead of the rear wheel for even easier access to the truck’s bed. We can also see that the more rounded wheel wells from the Silverado 1500 will carry over to its heavy duty big brother. There’s been no official word yet from General Motors on when we might expect the see the new heavy duty Silverado revealed, but Auto Show season is right around the corner so the wait shouldn’t be long.
