Kelley Blue Book recently assessed the Chevrolet Equinox in head-to-head testing against the Ford Edge and the Nissan Rogue and we are pleased to report that the Equinox came out on top in both matchups. KBB was impressed by the engine options in the Equinox, with a 252-horsepower, turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that can tow up to 3,500 pounds, or a diesel that gets up to 39 mpg. The $24,795 starting price for the Equinox is significantly better than $30,990 for the Ford Edge, and it also beats out the Rogue’s starting price of $25,845. KBB also points out that the Equinox retains its value better than the Rogue with a higher resale value. Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort, Lansing, and Bradley has Illinois’ Largest Chevy Inventory including a great selection of Equinox in stock now.
