This list compares new vehicles and how much repair was needed in the matter of 90 days. “New-vehicle quality has improved for the fourth consecutive year—by 4% from 2017—and has reached its best level ever, according to the J.D. Power 2018 U.S. Initial Quality Study (IQS).” Where did General Motors line up on the grid? Without a doubt Chevrolet’s pickup trucks came in strong. With the Chevy Silverado 1500 topped the charts in Large Light Duty Pickup segment. Also, the Chevy Silverado 2500 was #1 in the Large HD Pickup segment. In the small car segment, the Chevy Bolt made the top three. For compact cars, the Chevy Cruze qualified for the first three. With large SUVs, the Chevrolet Tahoe scored in the top three as well.
