With 2019 right around the corner, that means that the Chevy Blazer is closer than ever to joining the Chevy family of crossover utility vehicles. Chevrolet says that we can expect to see the Blazer arrive in our showroom in early 2019 and we can hardly wait! The Blazer will offer plenty of flexibility, including 4,500 pounds estimated max trailering, plus seating for five, or 64.2 cubic feet of total cargo space when the second-row seats are folded flat. The Blazer will come with a standard 2.5L I-4 engine or an available 3.6L V-6 engine, both paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. The new Blazer’s exterior design was inspired by the sculpted curves and aggressive stance of the Chevy Camaro, including a strong grille, athletic hood lines and low-placed HID headlamps.
