The folks at Kelley Blue Book like to put similar vehicle models to the test to see which one comes out on top, but usually those vehicles are made by different automakers. This week they’re pitting sibling against sibling as they compare Chevy’s 2-row crossover SUVs, the Chevrolet Blazer and the Chevrolet Equinox. We are pleased to report that their test ended in a virtual tie, since both vehicles have their own strengths that appeal to different audiences.  If you’re looking for more power and sporty style, the Blazer is the crossover for you, with it’s Camaro-inspired exterior and optional 308-hp 3.6-liter 6-cylinder engine. If you’re shopping for a more affordable crossover, the Equinox is made for you, with a starting price of only $27,995 and more fuel efficiency - 26 city/31 highway/28 combined. Both SUVs are loaded with safety, convenience and infotainment features. Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, Lansing and Bradley has Illinois’ Largest Chevy Inventory, including a great selection of Blazers and Equinox in stock now.
