As 2024 comes to a close, we can look back and see that it was another great year for Phillips Chevrolet! This year we earned General Motors’ Dealer of the Year Award the 19th consecutive year, recognizing our achievements in sales, customer satisfaction and service to the surrounding community. For the fourth year in a row, our Frankfort location was named Cars.com’s Dealer of the Year for Chevrolet. This award is presented to the dealership that has earned the highest ratings among approximately 3,000 Chevy dealers in the United States. Our Bradley store earned Cars.com’s Dealer of the Year for Hyundai for the state of Illinois for the third year in a row, coming out on top from a field of 37. Our Lansing and Bradley locations also earned Cars.com’s Consumer Satisfaction Award for Chevrolet which is presented to the top 10 percent of U.S. new-car dealers based on consumer ratings. JD Power named us a Dealer of Excellence for the 6th year in a row, earning us Diamond status. Phillips is the first and only Chevy dealer in Illinois to earn this award.
Phillips Chevrolet owes another successful year to the communities that support us, and this year we showed our appreciation in several ways. Our team raised $5,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project in July, $5,000 for the Wounded Warrior Foundation in August, and $5,000 for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer in November. We also collected winter gear and toys for our annual coat and toy drives and provided free oil changes to military veterans for Veteran’s Day. Our Frankfort celebrated 56 years in business, 11 years for our Lansing location, and Bradley celebrated 7 years.
