With new Chevy Silverados being recently introduced, we knew it wouldn’t be long before Chevrolet’s truck-based SUVs got a new look, too. An artist from Car & Driver magazine produced the rendering above of what the new Tahoe could look like, and it looks great! The new Tahoe is expected to switch to an independent rear suspension, which should improve ride and handling while also increasing interior space for both cargo and passengers. The redesigned Tahoe should offer a variety of powertrains, including a 3.6-liter V-6, 5.3- and 6.2-liter V-8s, and possibly the Silverado’s new turbocharged 2.7-liter inline-four. We expect the new Tahoe to be revealed later this year and arrive in our showroom in 2020.
