2020 Corvette Earns KBB 5 Year Cost to Own Award

4090 × 2300

There are plenty of great reasons to buy the all-new 8th generation Chevrolet Corvette: supercar looks, mid-engine performance, a boatload of technology, the list goes on and on. The folks at Kelley Blue Book have just added another reason to the list – it will hold its value! KBB recently presented the 2020 Vette with their Best Resale Value Award in the Sports Car category. They predict that the Corvette’s resale value after five years of ownership will be 54.9% of MSRP. This prediction is based on the Corvette’s low starting price, high demand, and impressive performance figures. They say, “While the previous Corvette was hardly a slouch, Chevrolet had reached the limits of extraction. Placing the engine in the middle puts more weight over the rear wheels, which enhances acceleration, grip and overall balance. The 2020 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray can do 0-60 mph in less than three seconds and hit a top speed of 194 mph, all while feeling more balanced when thrown into turns.” Stay tuned to this blog for more Corvette C8 news as it happens all the way up to its arrival in our showroom in just a few more weeks!
