A Fond Farewell to the Chevy Impala

598 × 398

All good things must come to an end, and today we bid farewell to the Chevy Impala. The Impala nameplate is being retired, and today the last Impala rolled off the assembly line at the Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Plant. The Impala first went into production in 1958, and the nameplate went on hiatus previously from 1985 and 1994, and from 1996 and 2000. Only time will tell if the Impala makes a triumphant return like the Chevy Blazer has, but in the meantime, if you’re been considering the comfort and performance of an Impala, act fast! We only have a few Impalas left in our inventory. And never fear, sedan fans – the Chevy Malibu is still going strong and we have a huge selection available right now!  Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, Lansing and Bradley has Illinois’ Largest Chevy Inventory including a great selection of sedans.
