Chevrolet Colorado Rules Midsize Segment

1095 × 636

MotorTrend magazine recently took the Chevrolet Colorado and its competitors in the midsize truck segment to a farm to put them to the test doing what trucks do best – hard work. Going up against the Toyota Tacoma, Ford Ranger, and Honda Ridgeline, the Colorado shined in tests of both highway manners and work-truck capability. On the highway, the Colorado earned praise for its ride, refinement, and responsive transmission. At work on the farm, the Colorado scored points for its roomy bed and towing capability. All four members of MotorTrend’s test team unanimously named the Chevy Colorado the winner: “The Colorado so effortlessly walks the fine line between being a lifestyle pickup and a work truck. It has plenty of power for work or play, a buttoned-down ride that doesn't beat you up on your daily commute, a good back-seat package, and an incredibly functional bed. It's the uncompromised pickup—the one that drives like a compact but hauls like a heavy-duty.” Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort, Lansing, and Bradley has Illinois’ Largest Chevy Inventory and a great selection of Colorados in stock now.
