Under the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, a customer is guaranteed a full refund provided that:

1) The preowned vehicle must be returned to the dealership within 7 days of purchase.

2) You will be refunded the price you paid for the vehicle, excluding the shipping/delivery charge (if applicable).

3) To return or exchange your vehicle, you must let us know prior to 5 p.m. CT on the 7^th calendar day after receiving your vehicle.

4) We cannot accept a return in the car has been modified, in an accident or damaged, altered from the condition it was delivered in, sold "as is", or had a lien or other encumbrance put on the vehicle.

5) Vehicle must be driven less than 300 miles from the date of purchase/lease to be eligible for return or exchange.

6) Day 1 of your 7 Day Money Back Guarantee begins when you accept the vehicle regardless of time of day.

7) If you choose to exchange, the exchange vehicle will not come with our 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. Vehicles sold "As is" do not qualify for the Exchange program.

Customer acknowledges that if a trade-in vehicle is part of the payment for the purchased vehicle, their trade-in vehicle may not be available in the event they return the purchased vehicle.

 Customer further acknowledges their personal responsibility for the negative equity on their trade-in (calculated as the difference between the actual cash value of the trade-in and the amount owed on the loan) in the event the trade has been sold.
