Our sales person, Jaime, was a dream to work with. Whatever we wanted to see, she got for us, whatever questions we had, she had the answers or got the answer for us. Never was there any pushing to buy this one or that. She explained everything to us before we got to the finance manager and he continued to explain things to us including how we could upgrade our bumpers to bumper warranty and then we wound up purchasing that also. Bob Brow rocks! I truly feel he worked hard to get me the deal I wanted and after all was said he done, he continued to call me to check on me to make sure all was still going well. When I did have a minor problem with my car, I called him first not knowing who to go to and he arranged for a tow truck to be by car in less than an hour, a rental ready for me so I could get to work, and my car was then serviced and fixed by the end of the day. We had probably shopped at 10-12 different car dealers in our pursuit of a new SUV prior to coming to Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, Illinois. This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from Phillips. I continue to return because the staff is always very freindly and dedicated to taking care of your needs and requests. I found my salesman Albion to be extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. My purchase was a 2011 Malibu LTZ I am really impressed with this vehicle. I feel you get alot of standard items on this car for the pricepoint it is in. After driving a Volvo for the last 4 years, I feel I was a hard sell. Way to go Cherolet! It was a very good experience. We went in to just test drive a LTZ Traverse I did not have a color in mind. Rami brought out a sliver (which is the color of the SUV I traded in) LTZ loaded to the max and I fell in love. My husband, who did not want to trade in our SS Trailblazer also fell in love with the car. Rami was there to insure us our trade would go smooth. We left with a great car at a great price that same night. First off, I drove over 3 hours due to the price of the used vehicle I purchased. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately when I got out of my truck. I had already worked most of the deal over the phone (didn't want to drive 3 hours for nothing), and was ready to take it for a test drive. After the test drive, the paperwork began. My wife and I were pre-qualified, but after Matt worked his magic, we got a point better on our APR. This is where we hit a small road block (fully on my end), as my wife was not with me. After Rami spoke with the used car manager, explained how I had drive over 3 hours to purchase the vehicle, but my wife was not present to sign the paperwork, we were still able to hold the vehicle until we could both make it back on the weekend. Without this being done by Rami, I would not have a new vehicle now. I couldn't ask for him to put himself any more on the line, as nothing was "official" until we got back to get everything signed. I couldn't ask for better service in my opinion. Rami and Matt are the reason Phillips is #1 in Illinois, and why I would be willing to drive back for another vehicle purchase. Thanks again guys.
