I had purchased a 2012 Cruze from Mike Andersen Chevy. When we first went to the dealer we told them we wanted a truck or a minivan and somehow we ended up with the Cruze? After six months of regrets we decided to take our loses and trade the Cruze for what we originally wanted to buy. Mike Anderson had no interest in trying to make things right that the “wonderful Cruze” they sold us had depreciated to much to make a deal. I had bought cars in the past at Phillips Chevy so I called them. They did a great job of getting me the financing that I needed. Phillips got it done! I will buy next vehicle from here P.S. the Cruze is great car. The car itself was very nice. It just was not what I was in the market for. Granted it is my fault for purchasing it in the first place but I do feel that I was talked into something that I did not want. I do thank Phillips Chevy for helping correct the situation, but while Mike Anderson Chevy continues to get rich, I will be paying for their greed.

2012 CHEVY CRUZE Hi, all, Just wanted everyone to know of the excellent service received at Phillips Chevrolet. My review as suppose to be posted but I see that it did not get posted. So, I personally decided to give my review of the service I received. This past Saturday, February 25th, I had a situation with my car which I did not know how to deal with or even solve. Dan K, want out of his way to be there for me doing my bad experience with the car I first purchased last year. Dan Sues and Michael M. showed professional behavior and insight in dealing with my situation. I probably drove them crazy, but you never could tell by the nice and kind way they treated me. They all are really nice and they make you feel like you are really number one. And not to forget Matthew, thanks for the conversation. We had probably shopped at 10-12 different car dealers in our pursuit of a new SUV prior to coming to Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, Illinois. We had been comparing various makes and models for several days. Some sales personnel were more helpful than others. However, when we arrived at Phillips Chevrolet we felt the sales team really wanted to find a good match of a car for our needs and wishes. We drove both a 6 cylinder and a 4 cylinder Equinox and looked at the various colors and interiors as well as the packages. We finally settled on an Equinox LTZ in Mocha Steel Metallic with a 2-tone brown and black interior. Unfortunately - among the many Equinox SUVs in stock at Phillips Chevrolet - they didn't have this exact match. So they began the search for our ideal car. It actually took several days but they located a car and had it driven in from Ohio! We picked it up just a few days ago and everything is exactly as we wanted it to be. We are convinced that both Marty McKenna and Mike Darge went above and beyond the call of duty to find the exact car we wanted. We would highly recommend Phillips Chevrolet to our family and friends.

I visited Phillips looking for a Camaro. I was impressed with the variety of Camaros in stock. Bob Brow was very helpful in all aspects of my purchase. This is the first time that the salesman actually came out to the car after the purchase and helped me remove the contents of my trade in to my new car. He also went over all the features of the car (diag menu, radio etc,,), this really impressed me!

Wanted a specific Traverse in color and equipment. Robert Nore found one in Wisconsin and worked out a deal. Rami handled the deal when Robert had training and it went flawlessly. First off, I drove over 3 hours due to the price of the used vehicle I purchased. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately when I got out of my truck. I had already worked most of the deal over the phone (didn't want to drive 3 hours for nothing), and was ready to take it for a test drive. After the test drive, the paperwork began. My wife and I were pre-qualified, but after Matt worked his magic, we got a point better on our APR. This is where we hit a small road block (fully on my end), as my wife was not with me. After Rami spoke with the used car manager, explained how I had drive over 3 hours to purchase the vehicle, but my wife was not present to sign the paperwork, we were still able to hold the vehicle until we could both make it back on the weekend. Without this being done by Rami, I would not have a new vehicle now. I couldn't ask for him to put himself any more on the line, as nothing was "official" until we got back to get everything signed. I couldn't ask for better service in my opinion. Rami and Matt are the reason Phillips is #1 in Illinois, and why I would be willing to drive back for another vehicle purchase. Thanks again guys.
