Businesses that offer company cars to their employees appreciate the balance of performance, economy, and amenities that the Cruze offers. “Mary Kay selected the Chevrolet Cruze for its independent sales force members because it’s affordable, stylish, and offers impressive fuel economy, safety and technology,” said Laura Beitler, vice president, recognition and events, Mary Kay Inc. “Cruze serves as a symbol for the hard work and success many of our sales force members earn from their Mary Kay business.” Whether you’re a fleet manager looking for several new Cruzes to add to your fleet, or you just want to shop for Cruze from Illinois’ Largest Chevy Inventory, come see us at Phillips Chevrolet!

  • Chevrolet Offers Glimpse of 2016 Volt

    11/21/2014 4:12:43 PM - by Amy Riley

We won’t get to see the whole thing until the Detroit Auto Show in January, but this week Chevrolet gave us a quick glimpse of the redesigned 2016 Chevy Volt. Besides the aesthetic changes we can see here like a sleeker front fascia and swept-back headlights, the next generation of Chevy Volt is expected to offer an increased electric range. Another new feature the new Volt will offer is an advanced charging system that can be set with pre-programmed charging times. So you could pull into your garage after work, plug in, and the juice won’t start flowing until later that night when off-peak utility rates kick in. Of course, you can always charge up for free at our own Solar Charging Station with room for up to eight cars available from 8am to 9pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 6pm on Saturday. We’re huge fans of the Chevrolet Volt here at Phillips Chevrolet and we can’t wait for January’s big reveal!

  • Off-Road Chevy Colorado Revealed

    11/20/2014 4:09:02 PM - by Amy Riley

Exactly one year after the newly redesigned Chevrolet Colorado was unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show, a new off-road version, the Colorado ZR2, has been revealed. This rugged mid-sized truck has a wider stance and higher clearance and the traditional Colorado, as well as flip-out hooks, a built-in winch, new grille, headlamp housings and a power dome-style hood, all designed for serious work or play away from the pavement. This Chevy Colorado variant also shows off GM's new Duramax 2.8-liter four-cylinder turbodiesel engine that will be available in the Colorado next year. For now the Chevy Colorado ZR2 is just a concept car, but signs are good that it will become available as a production model, so stay tuned and we’ll keep you posted!
