While overall customer vehicle satisfaction levels in the auto industry have dipped this year on the American Customer Satisfaction Index, Chevrolet was one of only two automotive brands to improve its rating in customer satisfaction. The satisfaction survey is usually dominated by Asian and European brands, but Chevrolet has jumped 4 points from 2013 and shares the top ten with fellow General Motors brands Buick and GMC. In fact, these three GM brands were the only American automakers to land in the top ten. To gauge a customer’s level of satisfaction, the American Customer Satisfaction Index allows customers to evaluate the quality of products and services via telephone interviews. One of the areas customers noted of particular importance was the availability of incentives, so Chevy’s numbers are sure to rise even further with great offers like 0% financing for 72 months available right now on many Chevrolet models. This offer ends on Tuesday, 8/26/14, so stop in today!

In the five years since its introduction for the 2010 model year, the Chevy Equinox has consistently shown strong sales month after month. In fact, last month 25,300 customers drove home in a new Equinox, a 37% increase over July of last year. Even better, 27% of Equinox drivers have traded in their first Equinox for a second. “What gives a vehicle staying power is trust,” said Jessica Caldwell, an analyst with the car-shopping website Edmunds.com. “Vehicles that are top sellers despite their age are nameplates that car shoppers can trust to have good quality, durability and reliability. They aren't designed with the latest fad in mind – they are vehicles that are tested over time and have proven to be good products.” The 2015 Chevy Equinox has just arrived here at Phillips Chevrolet and it offers all of the above, plus, brand new this year, a 4G LTE connection that allows you to turn your Equinox into a wi-fi hotspot for up to seven devices.

We’d like to offer our biggest congratulations to Bob and Thelma Tomalewicz, the winners of a four night cruise in Phillips Chevrolet’s most recent giveaway. The lucky couple could hardly believe that they won, telling us that they’d never won anything before. Now they can choose any four night cruise offered by a major cruise line and sail away on the trip of a lifetime. And not only did they leave our dealership with a free cruise, they also drove home a new truck. The Tomalewicz’s were so impressed by the 2014 Chevy Silverado, they ended up buying one while they were picking up their prize.
Get excited! The 2015 Chevy Corvette Stingray has several new upgrades that make this vehicle even more top of the line. With the all-new, paddle-shift eight-speed automatic transmission, the 2015 Corvette Stingray is capable of going 0-60 in only 3.7 seconds and has an EPA-estimated 29 mpg on the highway. Not only will the Corvette be faster and more fuel efficient, but it will also let you have a built in security system thanks to the new Valet Mode with Performance Data Recorder. This industry-exclusive system allows drivers to lock the interior storage, disable the infotainment system and record video, audio and vehicle data when the Valet Mode is active. The Performance Data Recorder includes a high-definition camera mounted within the windshield header trim with microphone, a self-contained telemetry recorder, and an SD card for recording and transferring video and vehicle data. “Think of it as a baby monitor for your car,” said Harlan Charles, Corvette product manager. “Anyone who has felt apprehension about handing over their keys will appreciate the peace of mind of knowing exactly what happened while their baby was out of sight.” These new features have us just as excited for the arrival of the 2015 Chevy Corvette Stingray here Phillips Chevrolet as we were for the 2014 Stingray.
